Donkeys for Sale
Spring 2010 - We currently have the following donkeys for sale....
(1) Asspen Grove's Peebles Mama Mia, 6 year old jennet, 34" dark chocolate brown, carrying red, with great garters, a Red Lightening granddaughter. Mia has been bred to our tiny pink jack, Flight of Fancy Sheridan, for an April 2010 baby. Mia is shown here just a couple of weeks after having Sicily. She is a great mom (has had two baby jennies - Sicily and Fritzi), and is a very gentle and well mannered girl. She is currently for sale bred but if she is still here in February, she will be for sale again with her baby once she foals in April.
(2) Asspen Grove Fritzi's Twist, DOB July 23, 2008, height at age 17 months is 32". Fritzi is an absolute doll of a girl with a big, bright star. She is very friendly and one of the first to greet me. She is also dark chocolate brown, carrying red from her very stocky and correct sire, My World Spunky. She and her mom, Mia, would make an awesome pair as pets or as breeding jennets.
Like all of our donkeys, these girls are up to date on hoof care, worming and vaccinations. See also our jennets page for more information on these girls.
Due to their sociable nature, we will not sell our donkeys to homes without other donkey companions. A discount is available on multiple purchases. We do not sell guard donkeys. It is very hard for us to part with any of our donkeys, so we try to find them the best possible home where they will receive the same quality care and loving attention they experience here.
